take care of the shopping. We'll take care of the rest. We provide free
shipping on all U.S. orders over $49.00 via United States Postal
Service, which provides fast delivery (approx. 2-7 business days)
directly to your mailbox, eliminating the need to wait at home for your
package.

Standard Delivery: United States Postal Service
$5.95 for orders under $99.00
Packages arrive in approx. 2-7 business days, from the time they ship out of our warehouse, directly to your mailbox. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.
Overnight Delivery: FedEx
When
you just can't wait--we can get your products to you the next day. We
offer Overnight Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 10 a.m. (MST).
Orders placed after 10 a.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders
will not be delivered until Monday. A signature is required upon
delivery.
2-Day Delivery: FedEx
We
also offer 2-Day Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 10 a.m. (MST).
Orders placed after 10 a.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders
will not be delivered until Tuesday. A signature is required upon
delivery.
Shipping Time:
Most
orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the
product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will
ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on
Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Delivery times vary by
location and the shipping method you select. We cannot guarantee when an
order will arrive, and shipping transit time offered is only an
estimate.
Excludes
weekends and U.S. holidays. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required.
Overnight shipping does not apply to U.S. Commonwealths such as Puerto
Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping
Don’t live in the U.S.? No problem. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout.
All
International orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as
possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country
to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the
customer, not Ottoshop. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3
weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. Ottoshop reserves the right to cancel any International order.
Shipping charges, taxes, and other country’s fees are non-refundable.
