| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. As part of our commitment to customer service we offer easy returns and exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
• All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
• At the discretion of Ottoshop, some orders may be accessed a 20% re-stocking fee if the product is returned with less than half of the original material remaining in the container or the item is returned partially used without a reasonable explanation.
We will issue a refund to your credit card after the returned product has been received and verified. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want it. Please allow 30 days to process and for the credit to appear on your account.

1. Please state reason for return.
2. Place the item in its original packaging to ship your product and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

We provide free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.00 via United States Postal Service, which provides fast delivery (approx. 2-7 business days) directly to your mailbox.

Packages arrive in approx. 2-7 business days, from the time they ship out of our warehouse, directly to your mailbox. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.
Overnight Delivery: FedEx
We offer Overnight Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 10 a.m. (MST). Orders placed after 10 a.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Monday. A signature is required upon delivery.
2-Day Delivery: FedEx
We also offer 2-Day Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 10 a.m. (MST). Orders placed after 10 a.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Tuesday. A signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping Time:
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method you select. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, and shipping transit time offered is only an estimate.
Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required. Overnight shipping does not apply to U.S. Commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping
Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout.
All International orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not Ottoshop. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. Ottoshop reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country’s fees are non-refundable. |
